By downloading, installing, or using Rate My Avatar AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2 Description of Service
The App is an entertainment application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze and rate avatar screenshots. The App provides:
- AI-powered avatar ratings with scores, style classifications, and feedback.
- A "Guess the Outfit" word puzzle game.
- Outfit ideas and an outfit cost calculator.
- An XP reward system for in-app engagement.
3 Entertainment Purposes Only
All avatar ratings, scores, style names, roasts, and feedback generated by the App are for entertainment purposes only. They do not represent objective assessments and should not be taken as professional advice or factual evaluations.
The AI-generated ratings are subjective, may vary between analyses, and are intended to be fun and lighthearted. The App is designed for enjoyment, not competitive ranking.
4 Disclaimer
This App is an independent fan-made application. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game platform or corporation. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The App does not:
- Provide free currency, codes, or in-game rewards.
- Access your gaming accounts or credentials.
- Interact with any game platform's servers or APIs.
- Modify your avatar or account in any way.
The App only analyzes screenshots that you voluntarily upload from your device's photo library or camera.
5 XP Currency
XP is an in-app virtual currency used exclusively within the App. XP can be earned through daily logins, games, watching ads, and app engagement, or purchased through in-app purchases.
XP has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, gift cards, or any external rewards. XP is non-transferable between users or devices.
6 In-App Purchases
The App offers the following in-app purchases:
- Remove Ads — A one-time purchase that permanently removes banner, interstitial, and native advertisements.
- XP Packs (500 XP, 1000 XP) — Consumable purchases of in-app XP currency.
All purchases are processed and handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or process any payment information. All purchases are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Consumable purchases (XP packs) are non-refundable once credited. For refund requests, contact Apple Support directly.
7 Advertisements
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob for users who have not purchased "Remove Ads." Ad types include banners, interstitials, rewarded videos, and native ads. Rewarded video ads remain available as a voluntary option even after purchasing "Remove Ads" so users can earn bonus XP.
8 User Content
When you upload an avatar screenshot for analysis:
- You confirm that you have the right to use and share the image.
- The image is sent to our AI service for processing and is not permanently stored.
- You retain all rights to your uploaded images.
- We do not use your images for training AI models, marketing, or any purpose other than generating your rating.
9 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage.
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App.
- Circumvent the XP system or purchase verification.
10 Intellectual Property
The App's design, code, UI elements, text content, and original artwork are the property of the App developer. The blocky game-inspired visual theme, animations, and procedural backgrounds are original creations.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
11 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- AI ratings will be accurate, consistent, or complete.
- The App will be compatible with all devices or OS versions.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to use the App.
13 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
14 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
15 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
