3. OpenAI API Usage

The App uses the OpenAI API (GPT-4o Vision) to analyze avatar screenshots and generate ratings. When you submit an avatar for analysis:

• Your image is sent securely to OpenAI's servers via HTTPS.
• OpenAI processes the image and returns a text-based analysis.
• The image is processed in accordance with OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• We do not store your images on any server. They are transmitted in memory only during the analysis request.

4. Google AdMob

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob to users who have not purchased the "Remove Ads" option. AdMob may collect the following:

• Device identifiers (IDFA, with your consent via App Tracking Transparency)
• IP address (for general location-based ad targeting)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

Ad types used: banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded video ads, and native ads.

5. App Tracking Transparency

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App requests your permission before tracking your activity across other apps and websites. You can choose to allow or deny tracking. If you deny tracking, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

The App offers in-app purchases through Apple's App Store:

• Remove Ads — A one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently removes banner, interstitial, and native ads.
• XP Packs (500 XP, 1000 XP) — Consumable purchases of in-app currency.

All purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. Purchase verification is handled through Apple's StoreKit 2 framework on your device.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us at the email below so we can take appropriate action.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Data is shared only with:

• OpenAI — Avatar images for AI analysis (processed, not stored).
• Google AdMob — Device/ad data for serving advertisements (if tracking is allowed).

9. Data Retention

All user data (rating history, XP balance, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults. We do not maintain any cloud database or user accounts. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Opt out of personalized advertising.
